I earned my PhD in Counseling and Educational Psychology, with an emphasis in Consultation at the University of Nevada, Reno.
I have over 20 years of experience working with at-risk children, adolescents, adults, and families. In addition to counseling, team building, leadership development, supervising programs, seminar facilitation, conducting threat assessments, and motivational speaking, I serve as a guest lecturer to help individuals enhance their overall functioning. Being active with local and state agencies brings me to an arena where I assist in developing healthy individuals, families, and communities. Also being involved with agencies and churches across the country affords me the opportunity to help implement policies, procedures, academic curriculums, and screening instruments.
